On the Record is the flagship student-run online publication at the Georgetown Institute of Politics and Public Service. Founded in 2018 by Georgetown undergraduate students, On The Record believes in making political journalism accessible to students of all levels of experience and opinions across the university.

Our mission is to promote a better understanding of politics, encourage respectful dialogue, and contribute to the political conversation in Washington and beyond.  On the Record prides itself as a non-partisan publication that welcomes all perspectives and does not make publication-wide editorial positions.
